It is a forecast
Scores, windows, tides, currents and everything else here are predictions assembled from third-party data and a model that is still being tuned. They can be wrong. You are responsible for judging conditions on the water, your equipment, local rules, and your own safety. eFoilcast is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and Conifer Labs LLC is not liable for decisions made on the basis of it.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting a public ride report or photo you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it in eFoilcast alongside your display name, and to use reports in aggregate to improve the forecast. Only post photos you took or have the right to share, and nothing that identifies other people without their consent. We may hide or remove content that is abusive, misleading, commercial, or not about riding, and may close accounts that post it.
Spot data
Spot locations and names are derived from OpenStreetMap and rider contributions and are shared under the Open Database Licence. A spot being listed does not mean access is permitted; check signage and local rules.
Beta
eFoilcast is in beta: features change, data may be reset, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will tell registered riders before anything that affects their data.
Accounts
One account per person; keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Questions: foilcast@coniferlabs.com.
